What is Sand Tray Therapy?

Sand Tray Therapy is a form of an expressive therapy. In this therapeutic intervention, a sandbox, toy figures, and sometimes water are used  to create scenes of miniature worlds that reflect a person’s outer world as well as inner thoughts, struggles, and concerns.
